In January 2016, Changshan Pharmaceutical (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, cooperated with D.Med Healthcare GmbH & Co.KG of Germany to establish a joint venture in Germany to sell Changshan Pharmaceutical’s products of heparin sodium injections and dalteparin sodium injections through the channels of D.Med in the name of its German joint venture.
