In March 2012, it became controlled by Hebei Changshan Biochemical Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300255). In October 2012, it was officially renamed “Changshan Biochemical Pharmaceutical (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.”.With a registered capital of RMB 66 million yuan, the company covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has a construction area of approximately 16,000 square meters. It is composed of a biochemical API workshop, a solid formulation workshop, an aqua acupuncture workshop, a QC center, a research and development center, and an administrative office building.
